The BMW M Carbon Ceramic Brake front kit for the M3 G80 is the highest-specification brake option available. Carbon ceramic discs weigh 50% less than cast iron equivalents, dramatically reducing unsprung mass. Operating temperature range up to 1000°C for track use. Includes 380mm two-piece discs and Pagid RS compound pads.

3. Allow vehicle to cool completely

5. Raise vehicle on hoist

7. Remove wheels

9. Remove caliper (10-bolt mounting)

11. Remove disc centre bolt

13. Carefully slide disc off – handle with gloves, dust is hazardous

15. Install new disc onto bell with anti-corrosion paste on mating faces

17. Install new pads with appropriate high-temp lubricant

19. Bed discs with 10 progressive stops.
