The oil service kit for the Mercedes AMG GT C190 M178 4.0L biturbo V8. The M178 requires AMG-specific high-performance oil to handle the extreme bearing loads under the 430–585kW power output. This kit includes the OEM oil filter cartridge, housing O-ring and drain plug seal.

2. Warm engine briefly

4. Drain oil via M20 plug

6. Replace drain plug with new seal

8. Remove filter housing cap (36mm)

10. Replace filter cartridge and O-ring
11. 6
12. Torque cap to 25Nm
13. 7
14. Fill 8.5L AMG 5W-40 Motorsport
15. 8
16. Check level via instrument cluster.
