The front air suspension strut for the BMW 7 Series G70 is a complete assembly including the air spring bellows, electronically controlled adaptive damper and top mount. 4. Raise vehicle on hoist

6. Release air line using release tool

8. Disconnect ADS connector

10. Remove lower ball joint pinch bolt (M18)

12. Remove 3 top mount nuts from engine bay

14. Lower strut carefully

16. Install new strut – do not pre-inflate

18. Torque all fasteners

20. Connect air line and ADS

22. Use BMW ISTA to calibrate ride height sensors.
