The front AIRMATIC air suspension strut for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class W206 is a complete assembly including the air spring bellows, shock absorber and top mount. This unit replicates the OEM adaptive damping characteristics and is fully compatible with the AIRMATIC control module without requiring re-coding.

2. Vehicle must be at standard ride height — drive 10 min prior

4. Raise vehicle and support on chassis

6. Remove wheel

8. Disconnect air line from strut — use release tool to avoid damaging fitting

10. Disconnect ADS connector

12. Remove lower strut-to-knuckle bolt (M18)

14. Remove 3 top mount nuts from engine bay

16. Remove strut assembly

18. Install new strut — do NOT pre-inflate

20. Reinstall all fasteners to spec

22. Connect air line and ADS

24. Lower vehicle

26. Use XENTRY to calibrate level sensors.
